These Terms govern your use of fileLOADED. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe, and we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use fileLOADED.
You retain all rights to the files, notes, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited license necessary to store, encrypt, back up, transmit, and display Your Content to you and to the people you choose to share it with, solely to operate and improve the service. We claim no ownership of Your Content and will never sell it.
You agree not to use fileLOADED to store, share, or transmit content that:
You also agree not to resell the service, circumvent storage limits or security controls, or use share/drop links to distribute prohibited content.
Plan prices are shown in the app and may change with notice. Some plans and add-ons may currently be activated manually by the operator; where automated billing applies, fees are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or annual) and are non-refundable except where required by law. If a plan lapses, your account reverts to Free and the Free-tier limits — including automatic erasure of content beyond the retention window — will apply. It is your responsibility to export anything you wish to keep before a downgrade.
Share links, drop links, and invitations are capabilities you create and control. You are responsible for whom you share with and for the content you make available. You can set expiry and permissions and revoke access at any time.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that create security or legal risk, or as required by law. On termination we delete Your Content as described in the Privacy Policy.
fileLOADED is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep your data safe and the service running, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fileLOADED and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
